DESCRIPTION:If you suffer from limited mobility due to chronic pain\, join CHRC to learn about ways you can help bring more movement back into your life!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis interactive workshop will include an overview of how to utilize exercise strategies to increase strength and flexibility for those with arthritis. A physical therapist will guide you on which types of exercise are best for you to do safely\, while working to reduce joint pain and stiffness.
