DESCRIPTION:Weekly on Mondays starting April 13\, 2 – 3 pm \nFacilitator: CHRC Licensed Clinical Social Worker \nWhether you are processing grief\, working through anxiety\, or battling depression due to social isolation\, you shouldn’t need to go through it alone. The COVID-19 pandemic affects everyone and CHRC is here for you. \nThis support group is meant to provide a safe and sympathetic space for anyone affected by the outbreak. If the pandemic or social distancing has affected your emotional wellbeing or mental health\, join us. \nThere’s no cost to attend. This support group welcomes people from all cities\, ages\, and backgrounds. We will admit the first 10 registrants weekly and you can start registration anytime. \n\nTo register:                  \nVisit zoom.us/join and enter code 949-368-615.
