She has been teaching movement for 25 years\, and she enjoys teaching seniors.\n  \nThis program follows Sun style Tai Chi modified for people with arthritis by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. It is designed to improve movement\, flexibility\, and balance. (Bilingual Spanish/English).
