DESCRIPTION:NOTE: The 1/4/2018 group meeting has been cancelled. The CHRC teams apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause. \n——– \nThis group is designed to aid the recovery of stroke survivors by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere where individuals are able to share their experiences. Individuals at any stage of recovery are invited to attend. The group is made possible by the philanthropic funds of Home Instead Senior Care San Francisco. \nSupport groups are open to individuals\, caregivers\, and families seeking advice and support. To register for a group or for more information\, call 415-923-3155 or email cpmcchrc@sutterhealth.org.
