SUMMARY:Health Screening (Free\, Drop-in)
DESCRIPTION:2100 Webster Street\, Lobby\nSan Francisco\, CA \nSign-in table will be stationed outside the sliding doors on on Clay\, and the screening station will be in the lobby by those same sliding doors. Previously we were stationed near the elevators but we will be doing a slight relocation closer to the doors. \n  \nHealth screenings offered at community based locations are FREE. Each event will offer all three available tests: total cholesterol\, blood glucose\, and blood pressure. \nA registered nurse will be available to discuss results that fall out of range. Due to COVID-19\, some of our screenings may not feature a nurse due to limited availability. \nRequirements\n–Face covering/mask that covers both your mouth and nose.\n-Physical distancing while waiting in line\n-Temperature check and COVID-19 Checklist (we will provide)\n-Consent Form (we will provide) \nSafety Measures We Are Taking\n-Hand sanitizer available for patients and screeners\n-Glove change after each patient (for our screeners)\n-No screening for anyone who displays symptoms of COVID-19 or has been exposed to a COVID-positive patient.\n-Physical distancing between patients\n-Sign-in table will be located outside \nHealth screenings are made possible by a generous contribution from Chevron.
