Participants will learn basic mindfulness techniques like breath awareness\, body awareness\, and relaxation along with mindful eating skills like tuning into taste\, pausing prior to eating\, and hunger and fullness awareness. \nWhat is Mindful Eating? Eating with intention and attention.\nA non-judgmental approach to transforming your diet and relationship to food. This program replaces the restriction and deprivation of typical diet plans with an abundant\, nourishing\, and enjoyable approach to eating. You will learn tools to support a diet that is individualized\, flexible\, and sustainable.
