Nutrition Counseling is offered on a sliding scale and Brown & Toland Medical Group HMO members receive full coverage for their nutrition appointments. Behavioral health services are also offered on a sliding scale and are covered by a number of insurances, including Medicare.

Important Announce Regarding CHRC Events during COVID-19 Outbreak:
In alignment with the Department of Public Health’s recommendations regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, Community Health Resource Center will be canceling or postponing most of its community events. This includes our Nutrition & Wellness Fair (3/19) and all health screenings at Stonestown YMCA/Chinatown YMCA/Mission YMCA/Mission Neighborhood Centers/2100 Webster. Mental Health Services
Our team of licensed clinical staff provide a wide range of behavioral/mental health services. Support groups, individual, family, marriage and group therapy are available. We can also connect you with resources that meet your individual needs.
Our health screenings include cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, body mass index, bone density, and memory screens. Consultations on health screening results are also available and are conducted by healthcare professionals. Learn More
