Cancer Buddy Program
Cancer Buddy Program: The Cancer Buddy Program connects patients within the first year of a cancer diagnosis with trained volunteer cancer survivors. The Buddy Program is a forum for individuals to speak openly with someone who understands cancer from the inside. To request a Buddy or to volunteer, call (415) 923-3155.

Stroke Survivor Support Group
This group is designed to aid the recovery of stroke survivors at any stage by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere where individuals are able to share their experiences. This group meets the first Thursday of each month from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at 2100 Webster St, Room 119.

Payment Options
The fee structure for appointments includes two options:
1. A sliding scale based on annual household income.

2. CHRC takes Medicare advantage and as well as other insurances. Co-pays or other deductibles may apply.
