This group is designed to aid the recovery of stroke survivors by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere where individuals are able to share their experiences. Individuals at any stage of recovery are invited to attend. The group is made possible by the philanthropic funds of Home Instead Senior Care San Francisco.
Support groups are open to individuals, caregivers, and families seeking advice and support. To register for a group or for more information, call 415-923-3155 or email cpmcchrc@sutterhealth.org. All groups take place in San Francisco. Refreshments provided; no cost to attend.
