Cognitive/Cholesterol – Health Screening

FREEHealth screenings offered at community based locations are FREE. Each week offers a different screening type that rotates through cognitive, glucose, cholesterol, body mass index, and blood pressure. A Registered Nurse will be available to discuss results that fall out of range. These screenings are made possible by a contribution from Chevron.
