Chronic Kidney Disease (Class 1 of 3)

Do you have chronic kidney disease (CKD), or are you at high-risk?
Join CHRC in partnership with the National Kidney Foundation for a class series focusing on kidney health and CKD.

This closed class is FREE for HMO Brown & Toland members, or $60/class. Advance registration for full series required; unable to accommodate registration for a single class.

Class limited to 15 participants

Week One (Class 1 of 3): Kidney Health & CKD Overview
This class will provide an introduction and overview of kidney function (CKD), spanning stages 1-5. The
dietitian will discuss disease prevention, and how to reduce and manage risk factors

To enroll, you must call our office 415-923-3155. Office hours: M – F, 8:00 – 11:45 am & 1:00 – 5:00 pm
Upon enrollment, you will be given access information to join the Zoom class.
