Eating Healthy For Your Heart

Discover how changing dietary habits and learning new approaches to eating can improve cardiovascular health. Discuss in detail the principles of two heart-healthy dietary patterns: DASH diet and Mediterranean diet. Following these dietary patterns has also been shown to achieve weight loss, improve diabetes, and decrease cancer risk.
