Due to unexpected circumstances, we have to postpone the “Exploring Macular Degeneration” workshop. Dr. Zaidi is an ophthalmologist specializing in disease of the retina. He will provide an overview of macular degeneration, which is the most common cause of vision loss in patients over 50 years old in the United States. He will provide information about the early signs of macular degeneration, risk factors, the examination process for a proper diagnosis, and state-of-the-art treatment options.
