Managing Chronic Kidney Disease*

This small group class will provide an overview of nutrition therapy for chronic kidney disease (CKD). We will discuss the nutrients of concern for people with CKD, nutrition recommendations, and help people understand how to relate the nutrition recommendations to appropriate food choices and portion sizes. *This class is for HMO Brown & Toland Members.
