Mindful Strategies for Managing Stress

By learning to identify the stressors in your life, you can begin to develop healthy coping strategies that contribute to long-term mental health. The presenters will discuss the physical, cognitive, and emotional ways stress can affect the body and everyday life. Learn practical ways to reduce negative effects of stress with research-based strategies and mindfulness-based stress reduction tips. Free blood pressure screenings will be offered 30 minutes before and after the presentation.
