Stroke Survivor Support Group

This group is designed to aid the recovery of stroke survivors by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere where individuals are able to share their experiences. Individuals at any stage of recovery are invited to attend.

Group is moderated by CHRC licensed clinical social worker.
